A little yoga for the morning!


Woke up with an inch to get in some yoga and really stretch out all the kinks for yesterday. For an easy, stretch in the morning try something like this sequence. I really use my morning yoga stretches to motivate myself for the day, trying to start out on a refreshing note that today is a new day and its going to be what you make it.

    You know I took a yoga class freshman year and it was the best class i have ever taken. yoga just makes you feel good and healthy. I might have to actually try some of these again
