“The best way to predict the future is to create it.”

Just a few things I sometimes try to keep in mind when it comes to evaluating my day to day results. In order to see results, you have to work for it, and want it for yourself. Whatever you may be trying to overcome can be related to these principles. Remember a healthy life leads to a happy future.

1. Start Now! Don’t be that person that’s always going to “start tomorrow.”

2. “Are you working hard or harding working?” Ask yourself this question.

3. Eat Clean! Challenge yourself to eat more fruits and veggies. Don’t worry about calories.

4. Drink Water! Stay hydrated! Start every meal with a glass of water.

5. “A negative mind will never give you a positive life.” Negative attitudes are contagious, stay positive, stay motivated.

6. Value yourself and accept yourself. Love yourself and the positives in your life will begin to guide your journey.

    I like this! Everyone should wake up and ask themselves those questions everyday and challenge themselves to be a better person than they were yesterday. More than often people will fall into bad habits and quit doing what they need to do to better themselves and the world around them
