    My husband has made a breakfast dish similar to the one you linked! Let me repeat that, my HUSBAND made it. Not me! haha, I’m definitely not the cook in the family. And I appreciate the friendly reminder about breakfast giving “the proper balance of energy”- I have never been a big breakfast eater, but I have been trying to change my ways.
