As I said in my last post that I would becoming very good friends with different training techniques over the next few weeks due to my nagging injury I have been reading up on the importance of cross training for runners and have a few very informational sites. Why runners should cross train from World Running really made me as an athlete realize the difference cross training and not always running can benefit a runner. Great Read! Makes me appreciate the pool and bike a little it more than I did yesterday.
