Sleep Habits Affecting the Immune System

From personal experience in the past few days, I have learned the importance of sleep. Being deprived of sleep due to exhaustion, causing disturbed sleep, concluded in waking up sick. Giving the body adequate sleep gives the body energy to fight off infection and colds. So in addition to my last post, SLEEP! Fuel your body to fight of sickness because we all know being sick is not fun and adds unneeded stress.
